Don’t see the date or length of time that you need? Just ask! But please note that there is limited availability.
Feel free to bring your own lighting. Natural light spills in from the sides and wall behind the sofa.
Pets are not permitted indoors, but are welcome outside in the Secret Garden.
Living Room rentals include the use of a restroom.
P.S. I doubled the number of large plants in the space since these photos were taken! I kind of have an obsession and will keep adding to the plant collection in the Living Room! Updated photos coming soon.

The Secret Garden

WEST CHESTER, PA

I’ve put much love and creativity into this space and look forward to sharing it with you! I’m always adding new and magical elements to enjoy! The space is divided into 4 sections; the Greenhouse/vineyard, woodland garden, mural wall and mini wildflower meadow. Espalier fruit trees line the back fence behind the Greenhouse. Please note that decor/plants will vary from photos shown. The garden is conveniently located in West Chester, PA just off the 202 Gay Street & Rt. 3 exits. The property is in a quiet residential neighborhood.

what’s included in the booking?

Guests have access to the entire backyard which is mostly fenced in. Your rental also includes the greenhouse! Chairs and benches are spread throughout the garden. Up to 2 dogs per session are welcome. Scroll to the bottom of this page for the Booking Agreement that includes tips on the best time for beautiful lighting.

WINTER

During the winter the garden sleeps but is still a lovely spot for snowy sessions and greenhouse sessions. You’re welcome to bring in your own decor to dress up the inside of the greenhouse as it isn’t able to sustain live plants at this time of year. Or, take advantage of the simplicity of the season.

SPRING

By May 17th the last frost will have come and gone and more flowers will be blooming in planters and surrounding the greenhouse. The purple Catmint in the vineyard is a spring showstopper! *Photo taken June 2, 2024.*

Summer

The Summer garden will enchant you and your clients! In late June through September she’s bursting with foliage and blooms. If I had to choose a favorite month in the garden it would be August. You can’t miss out on the summer garden, trust me!

FALL

A colorful mix of fall flowers and pumpkins delight visitors starting October 1st, 2025. Flowers generally last until the first hard frost.

HOLIDAY

The Holidays are extra magical in the garden! Holiday decor (greens/garlands) will be available beginning November 1st, 2025. Prime spots start to fill up early in the year so be sure to book asap. Decor will vary from the photos shown but will have a similar vibe.

GREENHOUSE & VINEYARD

A vineyard with flower beds leads the way to the rustic Greenhouse that was built by our family. The interior of the Greenhouse is 120 sq. feet. The Greenhouse features reclaimed windows, doors and wood siding. The floor has a unique, circular pattern made of reclaimed bluestone and brick. It is not heated but can warm up in the cooler months on sunny days.

WOODLAND GARDEN

The Woodland Garden is a magical space filled with delight for all ages! If you look closely, you’ll see sculptures of mushrooms, fairy homes and even a grumpy troll who dug under the fence to sneak into the garden! There are large tree stumps for sitting, climbing and jumping.
